e-Sign Consent Agreement

Please review and retain a copy of this e-Sign Consent Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement governs all disclosures, agreements, statements, notices, and other documents (collectively, the "Documents") related to your application or loan.

Consent to Electronic Delivery

By checking the box and clicking "Continue," you provide your consent and agree to the following:

• Electronic Provision of Documents: All Documents, including legally required disclosures and information concerning your legal rights and duties, can be provided to you electronically. This consent applies to your inquiry with us and our network of participating lenders.
• Electronic Signature Validity: Your electronic signature on any Document holds the same legal force and effect as a physical, ink signature.
• System Requirements: You confirm that your computer or electronic device meets the necessary hardware and software specifications listed below, enabling you to access and retain the Documents electronically.

You agree to receive all Documents electronically via one of the following methods:

• Email.
• Access to a website or link provided to you in an email notification when the information is available.
• Access to a website designated in advance for this purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that Documents delivered electronically have the same legal meaning and effect as if they were provided to you in paper format. An email or other electronic notification informing you that a Document is available (even if the Document is not attached) is considered the same as providing you with a paper Document, regardless of whether you choose to view it. Furthermore, you confirm possession of the hardware and software described in the Hardware and Software section, the ability to receive and review electronic records, and an active email account.

Email Address Maintenance

It is your responsibility to keep your email or other electronic address current with us. You must notify us promptly of any changes. You may update your email address by calling us during working hours. You agree that if we send an electronic communication or a notification email regarding an electronic communication to the address you provided, and that email is returned as undeliverable, we will still be deemed to have successfully provided the communication to you.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To successfully receive, print, and retain electronic copies of the Documents, you must have the following:

• A personal computer with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, capable of internet access and sending/receiving email.
• Internet access with 128-bit encryption.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 or higher.
• Ability to Print.
• Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
• Netscape 8.04 and above (used in IE mode) OR Firefox version 1.5.
• Email Access.

We reserve the right, as allowed by and in accordance with applicable law, to discontinue support for any software if, for any reason (including perceived security or other defects), we deem it unsuitable for use with our website. We also retain the right, at our sole discretion, to communicate with you via postal mail.

Withdrawing Consent

You have the right to receive Documents in paper form. You may request paper copies and/or withdraw your consent to receive Documents electronically by calling us during working hours. Your withdrawal of consent will only become effective after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your request. Please note that withdrawing consent may prevent you from using certain online features or completing actions related to your account online.

Agreement Duration

This Agreement remains effective until you formally notify us of your intent to cease receiving Documents electronically, following the procedure outlined in the Withdrawing Consent section.
